If you think you might benefit from support with depression, anxiety or bereavement, or you’re in a confusing relationship, I will work with you to gain awareness, clarity and confidence and to deepen your understanding of yourself and others.
You may want to take some time to review the past in order to make more satisfying choices in the present, or be struggling with confidence behind the often necessary masks at work or in family life. Or be transitioning from being single to part of a couple or vice versa, or becoming a parent, or moving into a new role at work.
Alternatively, if you are embarking on a coaching career, or are in a managerial role at work you might find it beneficial to have some counselling/supervision which will help you to deepen your empathy and understanding of your coachees and colleagues as well as of yourself.
